Quality Management SystemWe have been established the QMS at the year 2003, ISO 9001:2008 , Cert. No. QMS-4617 assessed and registered by Intertek Testing Service NA ,Inc. accredited by ANAB. 2. Hazardous Substance Process Management SystemWe have been developed and implemented Hazardous Substance Process Management procedures and related processed at the year 2009, IECQ Cerificate No.: IECQ-H INTEKCN 09.0052, Certified to be complied with by Intertek Systems Certification-China (Shenzhen) , accredited by IECQ.Here to serve you : -Quality ControlWe realized that product safety is the major concern of our customers, In response to this, we has set up in house laboratories and calibration tasks in conformity with EN standards. With the laboratory in place, the product development cycle is shortened and become more cost effective. Our products therefore become reliable and affordable in the worldwide market. Being a socially responsible business group, we fully understand that we are obligated to ensure all products are complied with the directives.Procedures/testing DetailsWe employ a complete set of testing procedures, including: omaterials QC oeach production stage orandom checks ofinished products oafter packaging oOther InformationOur entire production process is from raw material purchasing and design through every step of manufacturing to ensure every product we make is completely compliant with RoHS and WEEE.Machinery/Equipment for OEM/ODM/ R&DOur R&D services include product design, enhancement of production efficiency, and market analysis. We focus on new product types, design and functionalities, as well as production techniques. .Our factory is accommodating 3 production lines and 400 staff. Our fully integrated factory consist of in-house plastic injection machines, auto paint- spraying machines, auto pad printing machines. It enables a higher flexibility in production and our products to be price-competitive.
